Terms Of Purchase
These terms apply to purchases from velocasi, operated by Bag Technology Limited. Read them together with our Terms Of Use, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.
Payment
Payment is required when placing an order. Supported payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal where available in our SHOPLINE-supported checkout. Fulfillment begins after payment authorization. An order may be cancelled if authorization fails. Banks may apply currency-conversion or international transaction charges.
Order confirmation
Your confirmation email records the selected items, prices, total, and delivery details. Review it and contact service@velocasi.com within 24 hours about an error so we can try to correct it before fulfillment. The purchase is subject to the order details and applicable consumer law.
Inventory
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we aim to notify you within 48 hours. You may choose a refund for the unavailable product or agree to wait for restocking, which may take 2–4 weeks depending on the supplier and item. Availability of a particular model, finish, or variation is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Preparation and shipping
Preparation normally takes 3–5 business days or 5–7 business days during peak periods. The dedicated Shipping Policy sets out the applicable transit estimates, free standard shipping terms, tracking, and customs responsibilities. Any item-specific preparation or delivery conditions disclosed at purchase also apply.
Returns and exchanges
Return and exchange requests must be initiated within 21 days of delivery under our Return Policy. Eligibility normally requires unused, unassembled goods with original packaging and accessories. Contact us for authorization and return instructions. The Return Policy governs the remedy, inspection process, return costs, and refund timing; mandatory consumer rights take priority.
Prices and taxes
Prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales taxes are included or disclosed as required by law. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order; subsequent price changes do not automatically change that amount. Discounts cannot be combined unless the promotion permits it. Local import charges are paid by the recipient unless expressly included.
