Customer inquiries

For damaged or incorrect deliveries, retain the packaging and send clear photographs of the item, shipping label, and packaging. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or card security codes.

Order preparation and returns

Normal preparation takes 3–5 business days; peak-period preparation may take 5–7 business days. Delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 21 days of delivery under our Return Policy.
